Position Summary:
As a Roofing Crew Installer, you'll assist in the installation and maintenance of various roofing systems. You’ll ensure the quality, safety, and efficiency of each job site, while maintaining tools, equipment, and a positive team dynamic.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Learn and Apply Technical Knowledge
• Understand basic roofing systems, materials, and installation processes.
2. Roofing System Execution
• Help with demolition/removal of existing materials.
• Load/unload materials and equipment at job sites.
• Assist in laying out materials for installation.
3. Roof System Installation
• Support installation of insulation, substrate boards, membranes, etc.
• Install, repair, and replace roofing systems for residential and commercial buildings.
• Execute flashing and waterproofing details.
4. Site Cleanliness and Safety
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents or hazards.
5. Continuous Improvement
• Engage in ongoing process and safety improvements.
6. Tool and Equipment Maintenance
• Assist in the upkeep and proper storage of tools and equipment.
7. Quality Control
• Conduct inspections to ensure work meets company standards.
• Address and report any quality concerns.
8. Material Inventory
• Perform material counts and track inventory for each job.

Qualifications:
• Basic understanding of roofing materials and systems.
• Strong commitment to safety and cleanliness.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in varied weather.
• Eagerness to learn and grow roofing skills.
• Experience with tool maintenance and care.
• Familiarity with roofing types: Composite, Shingle, Shake, Flat, Torch, etc.
• Comfortable working at heights.

Job Requirements:
• 1+ years of residential or commercial roofing experience.
• Basic Hand tools
• Nail gun and Compressor a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and background check.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and follow job schedules.
• No fear of heights or confined spaces.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, climb, kneel regularly.
• Team player with a professional attitude.
• Committed to safety standards and guidelines.
• Must pass pre-employment screening.
